1. The service

SitesDoc is an iOS app for producing weekly construction-site inspection reports. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and content

You sign in with your own Google account. Your reports, photos and notes remain yours and are stored on your phone and in your Google Drive. Videos in a sent report are reachable by anyone who holds their link (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to photograph and share what you put in a report, and for the recipients you choose.

3. Assistant and automation

The in-app assistant uses a third-party AI model and may make mistakes. Review reports and emails before relying on them or sending them to clients. Actions with external effect (sending email, moving mail to the trash, changing calendar events) require your approval. The assistant can read your email and calendar when you ask it to; what it reads is sent to Anthropic, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, to send spam, or to access accounts or data that are not yours.

5. No warranty; liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for data loss; keep your own backups of important documents.

סייטסדוק (SitesDoc) היא אפליקציית iPhone להפקת דוחות פיקוח שבועיים באתרי בנייה. השימוש בה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

2. החשבון והתוכן שלך

אתה מתחבר עם חשבון ה-Google שלך. הדוחות, התמונות וההערות נשארים שלך ונשמרים בטלפון ובגוגל דרייב שלך. סרטונים בדוח שנשלח פתוחים לכל מי שמחזיק בקישור שלהם (ראה מדיניות הפרטיות). באחריותך שיש לך זכות לצלם ולשתף את מה שאתה מכניס לדוח, ובאחריותך הנמענים שבחרת.

3. העוזר והאוטומציה

העוזר באפליקציה משתמש במודל AI של צד שלישי ועלול לטעות. בדוק דוחות ומיילים לפני שאתה מסתמך עליהם או שולח אותם ללקוחות. פעולות עם השפעה חיצונית (שליחת מייל, העברת מייל לפח, שינוי אירועי יומן) דורשות את אישורך. העוזר יכול לקרוא את המייל והיומן שלך כשאתה מבקש זאת; מה שהוא קורא נשלח ל-Anthropic, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות.

4. שימוש מותר

אסור להשתמש באפליקציה שלא כדין, לשליחת דואר זבל, או לגישה לחשבונות או נתונים שאינם שלך.

5. ללא אחריות; הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה ניתנת "כפי שהיא", ללא אחריות. במידה המותרת בדין, המפעיל אינו אחראי לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים או לאובדן נתונים; שמור גיבויים משלך למסמכים חשובים.
