SitesDoc — weekly construction-site inspection reports
SitesDoc is an iOS app for building inspectors. For each project it produces one weekly supervision report: photos and videos taken with the phone camera, formatted text notes, and a Hebrew right-to-left PDF.
What the app does
- Captures photos and videos on site and organizes them per project and per week.
- Builds a PDF report (Hebrew, right-to-left) and sends it by email through the user's own Gmail account.
- Backs up the user's reports and project data to a folder in the user's own Google Drive.
- Works offline first; syncs when a connection is available.
- Includes an in-app assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude) that helps the user search and edit their own reports and, when asked, search and read their email and calendar.
- Optional capability: submitting a report to a construction-management portal through a private bridge server run by the operator (not available to users in general). The app never sends a Google access token to any third-party server.
Why it asks for Google permissions
The app signs in with the user's Google account to use Google Drive (backup and restore of the user's own reports), Gmail (sending the report from the user's own address and reading the user's mailbox: to show what was sent and, when the user asks the assistant, to search and read the user's emails) and, only when the user asks the assistant, Google Calendar and Gmail mailbox organization. The assistant's requests, including the content of emails it reads, go to Anthropic. Drive access is full Drive access, used for the app's own folder; videos in a sent report get a link that anyone who holds it can open. Details and limits are in the Privacy Policy.

סייטסדוק (SitesDoc) היא אפליקציה ל-iPhone למפקחי בנייה. לכל פרויקט היא מפיקה דוח פיקוח שבועי אחד: תמונות וסרטונים מהמצלמה, הערות בטקסט מעוצב, ו-PDF בעברית מימין לשמאל.
מה האפליקציה עושה
- מצלמת תמונות וסרטונים באתר ומסדרת אותם לפי פרויקט ושבוע.
- בונה דוח PDF בעברית ושולחת אותו במייל דרך חשבון ה-Gmail של המשתמש עצמו.
- מגבה את הדוחות ונתוני הפרויקטים לתיקייה ב-Google Drive של המשתמש עצמו.
- עובדת קודם כול בלי רשת, ומסתנכרנת כשיש חיבור.
- כוללת עוזר בתוך האפליקציה (מבוסס Claude של Anthropic) שעוזר למשתמש לחפש ולערוך את הדוחות שלו, ולבקשתו גם לחפש ולקרוא את המייל והיומן שלו.
- יכולת אופציונלית: הגשת דוח לפורטל ניהול בנייה דרך שרת גשר פרטי של המפעיל (אינה זמינה למשתמשים בכלל). האפליקציה לעולם אינה שולחת אסימון גישה של Google לשום שרת של צד שלישי.
למה היא מבקשת הרשאות של Google
